Actual loan figures from a lender may differ from a CalPaisa estimate. Lenders may apply different interest rates, rate types (fixed or floating), compounding or day-count methods, processing fees, insurance, documentation charges, prepayment rules, taxes or other terms.

Always use the lender's official schedule and sanction letter as the authoritative figures for a borrowing decision.
