Privacy Policy

This policy covers the CalPaisa website and its calculators. It describes the current implementation of the site. If we later switch on additional services — for example analytics or advertising — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date changed.

You can use every calculator without creating an account or telling us who you are. The only information you actively provide is what you type into the contact form.

• Contact form: your name, email address, chosen subject and message.
• Contact-form submissions are sent by email to the site owner through a third-party email delivery provider, and are not stored in a database on this website.
• Calculator inputs are processed in your browser to produce a result and are not sent to us as part of using a calculator.

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure that serves CalPaisa may process standard technical information as part of delivering pages and keeping the service secure. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring page and timestamps.

Some preferences — such as your light/dark theme choice and your recent searches — are stored locally in your own browser. They stay on your device and are not transmitted to us.

CalPaisa itself does not use cookies for tracking or profiling. Local browser storage is used only for the preferences described above, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

If cookie-based services (analytics or advertising) are enabled in future, they may set their own cookies. That is described in the next two sections and will be reflected here when it happens.

CalPaisa uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage, such as which calculators are visited most.

Analytics services, where used, typically process technical and usage data rather than information that identifies you personally, and are used to improve the site's content and performance.

CalPaisa does not currently display advertising. If advertising such as Google AdSense is enabled in future, the ad provider and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted.

Where that applies, you will be able to manage ad personalisation through your Google account ad settings or your browser and device controls, and any consent requirements for your region will be handled at that time.

Search-performance tools such as Google Search Console may be connected to monitor how CalPaisa pages appear in search results. Such tools report aggregated search statistics (queries, impressions, clicks) and do not give us access to individual users' identities.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact-form details for marketing.

CalPaisa is served over HTTPS, and access to any information we do hold is limited to what is needed to operate the site. No website can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive details such as passwords, account numbers or card details through the contact form.

Information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected. Contact messages are received by email and kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Preferences stored in your browser remain until you clear them.

CalPaisa relies on third parties for hosting and content delivery, and may in future use analytics or advertising providers. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. Named services will be listed here as they are enabled.

Some pages link to external websites such as banks, government portals or regulators. Those sites are outside our control and have their own privacy practices; we recommend reviewing their policies before sharing information with them.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. We will honour valid requests to the extent applicable law requires.

CalPaisa is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so it can be removed.

This policy may be updated as the website changes — for example if analytics or advertising are introduced. The "Last updated" date above is maintained manually and reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of CalPaisa after an update means you accept the revised policy.
